Do you handle both plumbing and HVAC on the same visit?
Yes. Rescue is licensed for both — NJ Master Plumber Lic. #PL-042198 and NJ HVACR Contractor Lic. #19HC00145700 — so one call covers a leaking water heater and a furnace that will not light.
What does a visit cost?
The diagnostic visit is $79 and it is credited to the repair when you go ahead with the work. You get a written price before anything starts.
Is there a warranty?
Every job carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty from Rescue, on top of any manufacturer warranty on new equipment.
Which services do you not offer?
We do not install ductless mini-splits or tankless water heaters, and we do not do trenchless sewer relining. If that is what your home needs, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
