Our diagnostic visit is $79, and it is credited toward the repair when you go ahead with the work. The technician gives you a written price before any work starts.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every job comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty from Rescue, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on new equipment.

Do you offer financing or a maintenance plan?

Yes. Financing is available on new system installations, and the Rescue Club maintenance plan is $19 per month and includes seasonal tune-ups. Ask about the current trade-in promotion on replacement systems.

What is a typical arrival time?

It depends on your zone. From Haledon we typically reach Paterson, Clifton, Wayne, Hawthorne and North Haledon in 15–30 minutes, Bergen and Essex towns in 30–60 minutes, and Morris, Hudson and Union county towns in 60–90 minutes. These are typical windows, not promises; the guarantee is 90 minutes or $50 off on emergency calls.
