Pick the channel that fits the moment
Burst pipe in the basement? Call. Slow drip you want a quote on next week? Text or email. A real dispatcher answers — no phone tree, no overseas call center.
Call
(866) 737-2830Real dispatcher, no menu. Average pickup under 30 seconds, day or night. Best for emergencies and same-day service.
Text
(866) 737-2830Same number for SMS. Best for non-emergencies — a clear photo of the issue speeds up the quote. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Best for quotes, project planning, and questions that need a paper trail. Roughly 2-hour response during business hours.
Hours
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week — Monday through Sunday. A real dispatcher answers day or night.
Burst pipes, no heat, no AC in summer, sewage backups, gas leaks: we roll any hour, any day.
Send your number — we'll call you back
Don't want to wait on a phone? Drop your number, a quick description, and pick a time window. A real dispatcher (not a bot) calls back — usually inside 5 minutes during the day, within an hour overnight.

Real dispatcher answers
One of our office team picks up — usually within 3 rings — and triages the issue. We confirm your address, the problem, and your preferred window.
Master plumber rolls from Haledon
We dispatch the closest licensed plumber or NATE-certified HVAC tech. You get a tech-on-the-way text with their name and ETA.
Diagnosis and flat-rate written estimate
The tech inspects, explains the fix in plain English, and hands you a written flat-rate quote. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Commercial / property managers
Multi-unit buildings, restaurants, retail, light industrial — we handle service contracts, after-hours dispatch, and recurring maintenance. See our commercial offerings or call our office and ask for the commercial coordinator.
Ready when you are.
One call gets a real human, an ETA, and a master plumber on the way. No menus, no overseas call center, no scripts.
