Spring HVAC tune-up
Full A/C check before summer. Refrigerant levels, capacitor health, contactor wear, coil cleaning, condensate line flush, blower amp draw, thermostat calibration. 21-point inspection.
Fall heating tune-up
Furnace or boiler check before winter. Combustion analysis, flue inspection, heat exchanger crack check (we use a CO leak detector), ignitor and burner cleaning, safety controls test.
Annual plumbing inspection
Whole-home check: water heater anode rod, T&P valve, sediment flush, supply lines, shutoff valves, exposed pipes, fixtures, drains tested. We catch slow leaks before they become floods.
Priority emergency dispatch
Skip the line. When you call after-hours or during a heat wave, members go to the front of the queue. Average member dispatch: 18 minutes vs 45 minutes for non-members.

Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime — no fee, no penalty. Most members stay because the math works, not because they're locked in.
What if I miss a tune-up?
We send a reminder 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day out via SMS and email. If you skip, you lose that visit (we don't carry over). But priority dispatch and 15% off stay active as long as you're paid up.
Can I add multiple properties?
Yes. Each address is its own membership. Landlords with multiple rentals get a 10% multi-property discount.
Does the 15% off apply to installs?
15% off the labor portion of any install or major repair. Not equipment cost (we don't mark up equipment heavily anyway). On a $5,000 furnace install, expect roughly $250–$350 off.
