We're a Paterson-based plumbing and HVAC company built around one idea: when something fails, you need someone who shows up fast, knows what they're doing, and doesn't make you regret the call. Nine vans and a great many jobs later, we still operate by that rule.
Started with one truck in 2008.
Rescue started in 2008 with one truck and a simple frustration: service work had gotten rushed. Too many calls, too little time, too much “good enough.” The idea was to build the opposite, a shop that shows up, diagnoses honestly, and stands behind the work long after the invoice.
The calls came from Wayne, Clifton, Hackensack, wherever someone was standing in a basement watching water rise. Word traveled the way it always does in this business: show up fast, don’t oversell, and answer the phone at 2am yourself. The company grew on callbacks that never came.
Today we run nine Sprinter vans, all dispatched from our headquarters at 2 John St in Haledon. We do plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning, commercial maintenance, and full installations. The model hasn't changed. Show up fast. Diagnose honestly. Charge fairly. Stand behind the work.
